GnosisDAO Governance Summary ~ November 2025
November saw a decisive vote on GnosisDAO's long-term financial strategy. The community passed the proposal to terminate the treasury management services provided by kpk (GIP-143) following extensive discussion on performance and alignment. kpk has been a longstanding partner of Gnosis and a highly successful treasury management company in the Ethereum ecosystem. Token holders authored and passed GIP-143, proving that the GnosisDAO has a principled community motivated to adjust how the treasury is managed. Additionally, the DAO moved forward with critical infrastructure proposals, including the annual renewal for the Blockscout explorer (GIP-144, currently voting). A novel proposal to pilot an advisory futarchy mechanism (GIP-145) also entered the discussion phase. More info below!
