January has been a month of preparation and structural evolution for GnosisDAO. Following the decision to seek new treasury management in late 2025, the DAO launched a massive Request for Proposals (RFP), attracting over 20 applicants. To ensure the best candidate is selected fairly, the community successfully passed GIP-147, implementing Ranked Choice Voting for complex decisions. Simultaneously, a push for financial transparency has gained momentum with GIP-146 (NAV transparency), while a novel "Advisory Futarchy" pilot (GIP-145) is set to head to a vote in early February. Critical discussions regarding "credible neutrality" following the Balancer incident are also underway, alongside a Q4 progress report highlighting the recent brand relaunch.

🗳️ RFP: Treasury Management Services for Gnosis DAO
Summary: Following GIP-143, the DAO opened an RFP for a new Treasury Manager ($1.5M budget cap). The response was massive, with 22 proposals submitted. Applicants have been categorized into "Full Scope" (e.g., Karpatkey successors, institutional desks) and "Partial Scope" (specific tooling or reporting).
