GIP-90: Should Gnosis.eth update its ENS resolver to resolve .GNO domains on Gnosis Chain? Phase-2

.GNO domains is launching on Gnosis Chain, with one of the key features being a CCIP resolver that resolves .GNO domains on ENS. For this to be implemented gnosis.eth is required to update its resolver to the new CCIP resolver being developed.

[Redo] GIP-87: Should GnosisDAO claim its vested GEL allocation and delegate it along with COW to governance Safe managed by karpatkey? Voting Closes on Nov 16, 2023

This is a redo of the proposal for GIP-87 as the attached transactions were not executed in time, and have subsequently expired.

This procedural vote enables the payload from the successful proposal to be executed. The original specifications remain unchanged and can be seen in the approved GIP-87 description.

This proposal triggers the Gnosis DAO Safe to claim the fully vested GEL tokens from Gelato and then delegate the voting power of GEL and COW to the governance Safe managed by karpatkey following GIP-58.
