GIP-69: Should Gnosis Partner with DAOhaus to Support DAO tooling on Gnosis Chain?

DAOhaus wants to deepen its partnership with GnosisDAO and is requesting $300k USD equivalent in stablecoins or GNO to the DAOhaus Core Contributor DAO, WarCamp.

A stablecoin or GNO grant from Gnosis DAO would increase their capacity to build more valuable tools for DAOs and ultimately bring more DAOs, users, devs, and talent into the Gnosis Chain ecosystem.

If passed, DAOhaus and Gnosis will enter into a positive and mutually reinforcing collaboration that will sustain growth across the Gnosis Chain ecosystem for years to come.

DAOhaus proposes to spend funds on new DAO deployment tools, educational content for DAO users/operators, and developer outreach. By Q2 2023, they aim to onboard 100 DAOs onto Gnosis Chain.

GIP-68: Should GnosisDAO fund RnDAO’s Community Health analytics and benchmarking tool?

RnDAO is seeking $30,000 or equivalent as grant match-funding to conduct extensive research about the community health of the GnosisDAO.

The goals for GIP-68 are to:

• develop a framework for Community Health with actionable metrics
• create an open source data collection tool
• implement the tool in GnosisDAO and others
• analyse the interactions and perceptions data to validate the framework and provide insights to advance the Gnosis community.

GIP-64: Should GnosisDAO distribute SAFE tokens to incentivize decentralizing Gnosis Chain?

✅ Passed Quorum on Sep 28, 2022

As decided in GIP-29, GnosisDAO is receiving 15% of the total SAFE token supply over a period of 4 years. We suggest using the SAFE tokens to support the main objective of GnosisDAO: Making the Gnosis Chain successful. We want to position Gnosis Chain as the most decentralized network available. To support this objective, we suggest distributing the SAFE tokens as additional yield to those participating in staking on the Gnosis Beacon Chain.

Burn vested GNO to reduce risk

GIP-35 had decided to reduce the supply of GNO to 3 million. While the DAO had voted on it is was not possible to burn the 7m GNO as they are in a 8 year vesting contract. However - >800k GNO have already vested by now and we are suggesting to send them to the 0x0000..00 address to practically burn them.
